Payment & Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon the technicians' arrival on the day of your event. We accept direct wire transfers for all payments. Please note that we do not accept checks. You may cancel your booking for a full refund of your deposit with at least one week's notice before the event date. Cancellations made less than one week in advance will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
